- Files: the documents you upload for processing. They are stored temporarily and deleted automatically.
- Usage: technical logs (operations, credits, timestamps) to run the service and prevent abuse.
- Payment: payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
2. Purposes
To provide and secure the service, process your documents, manage your account and subscription, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.
3. Third-party processors
To provide certain features, your content may be sent, strictly as needed, to:
- OpenAI β AI text generation and analysis (summaries, resumes, chat).
- CloudConvert β document conversions (PDF β Office, etc.).
- OCR.space β text recognition on scanned documents.
- PayPal β payment and subscription processing.
- LWS β server hosting.
These providers do not use your documents to train their models under our business usage.
4. Retention
Uploaded files and their results are deleted automatically shortly after processing. Account data is kept while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time.
5. Cookies
We only use essential cookies (session, security, language and theme preference). We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and files are stored outside the web root. No method is perfect, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
