These terms apply to all visitors, users and anyone who accesses or uses Lexavira.

Service Description

Lexavira provides an online file conversion service that allows users to convert documents and images between various formats including Word, PDF, JPG, PNG and more.

• 1 free conversion per day for users without an account
• 3 bonus credits for users who login with Google
• Additional credits available via paid packs
• All conversions are processed securely in the cloud

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lexavira only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to:

• Upload or convert files containing illegal, harmful or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the free conversion limit
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our service
• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or any malicious code through our platform

File Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload to Lexavira. By uploading a file you confirm that:

• You own the file or have the legal right to convert it
• The file does not contain illegal, harmful or copyrighted material without authorization
• You understand that files are automatically deleted after conversion

Lexavira does not store, review or share your files with any third party. All uploaded files are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after conversion.

Credits and Payments

Lexavira offers paid credit packs that allow additional file conversions beyond the free daily limit.

• All payments are processed securely by PayPal
• Credits are added to your account immediately after payment confirmation
• Credits never expire and can be used at any time
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase for unused credits. Contact us at support@lexavira.com with your PayPal transaction ID to request a refund.

User Accounts

Lexavira uses Google OAuth for authentication. By logging in with Google you agree to Google's Terms of Service in addition to ours.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Lexavira is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that converted files will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexavira shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
